To say I am a candle maker by trade only scratches the surface; this craft is woven directly into my heart, soul, and spirit. As a child in Denver and Dallas, I vividly remember saving my allowance for specialty treasure candles, captivated even then by their magic. Perhaps it stems from our earliest ancestors, but a burning flame holds a unique power to beguile us. Fire gracefully fuses danger and chaos with pure mystique, capable of lighting up a dark room and warming the human spirit in a single flicker.

Because candles have anchored work, prayer, and celebration since the dawn of civilization, returning to this art felt like a homecoming for my old soul. Ivy Shine is my reconnection to those long-lost passions: the wax, the wick, and the flame.
